  • Do I Need To Pay Taxes?
    No we will handle the taxes and benefits for your employees. This is included in the price you pay.
  • How Long Does it Take to Get My Employee?
    We will look for your employees once you are on boarded. It generally takes us about two weeks to find an employee. Please plan accordingly so that there is adequate time for us to find your employees.
  • Are the Employees Pre-Trained?
    Depending on the employee, some may have experience, and some may not. We have a basic training program that we offer to clients. However, training will ultimately be the responsibility of the employer. On the other hand, some trained staff may come with bad habits. This is an excellent opportunity to hire a fresh employee to teach your systems and culture to so that they may deliver that personal touch.
  • Are These Employees in the United States?
    While our business is based in the United States, your employees are not. They can only perform remote work. However, we ensure that everything they do complies with regulations protecting patient information in both countries.
  • Can I Get a Free Trial?
    No, we do not offer a free trial. Staffing is very time-consuming. Searching, interviewing, and finding great candidates comes at a significant cost. However, we do not charge our clients an installation fee or leave them on the hook for lengthy contracts.
  • Are My Employees Employed by TeleCom Dispatch?
    Yes, your employee is employed by one of our partner companies in their respective country.
  • Are You a Call Center?
    No, we are not a call center. We know that not all businesses operate the same. Most businesses require that personal touch. We will find you full-time employees who work solely for your business. They will then log in remotely and work for you full time just like any other employee.
  • Do You Offer a Guarantee?
    We do not offer a money back guarantee. However, you may cancel your service at any time if you are not happy with the service with a 30 day notice.
  • What Languages Will My Employees Speak?
    Our employees will be fluent in both English and Spanish.
  • Does TeleCom Dispatch Run Background Checks On All Employees?
    Yes, all employees are background checked before they are employed by us.
  • How Do I Pay My Employee?
    While your employees are abroad, TeleCom Tech Solutions is a US-based business. You will pay TeleCom Tech Solutions directly, and we will take care of the payroll for you. We accept most credit cards and ACH payments.
